"I met Jill at a open house walking in my buddy's neighborhood. Even though I didn't purchased that particular house. I got to know Jill at that open house she seem to be a hard worker and an outstanding person with great morals. So when a house that caught my eye I reached out to her and she got info on the short sale. She informed me short sale take a while and to be patient and if I wanted move forward. There was a bid war with house but she reassured me that my bid would be good. After winning the bid war and the hiccup with other realtor who really did do anything in whole process.. there was delay after delay cause of the other realtor who didn't clear up title issues prior to the listing. So Jill and the chase group got working hard to cleared up with title and legal issues. Jill always asking if I wanted to move forward and reassuring me she was aleays in my corner and looking out my best interests.. she went beyond helping me home insurance and lenders and all different kind of inspectors to make sure the house was sound cause it was being sold as is. After 7 months we were able close out on the house and even after closing on house Jill reached out to check up on me..
